The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! The welcoming statement on the company website sums up exactly the experience we received, a property is a home and an important part of peoples lives. Rob demonstrated real care with the family home through the viewing stage and supported us through a difficult time, he provided excellent advice and maintained a high level of contact throughout the selling process and a buyer was swiftly found.<br>Once a buyer had been established, Ash continued to manage the sale process. Ash provided excellent weekly updates and ensured through regular contact with other parties involved that the sale progressed as quickly as possible.<br>It was reassuring to know we could contact Home Estate Agents and speak with either Rob or Ash directly at anytime.<br>If you are looking to sell your home, we would fully recommend the dedication, care and personal service that both Rob and Ash provide.

As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10!<br><br>Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process – during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.<br><br>We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. They used a different way to sell the property that we had not experienced before and it worked extremely well ( open day for viewing) this enabled us to achieve the best price for the property. They also used a professional photographer inside and outside also using a drone which showed it off in the best possible way.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.
