She is a real asset to an already outstanding team.- 14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I wanted to share my review reflecting the exceptional service I received throughout my house rental journey.<br>I began my search for an agent who could provide a service that truly matched my home — a new?build, fabulous and unique property with no real comparable match in the area. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Savills to anyone seeking and securing a premium, reliable and highly professional let or buying or selling a house.<br>Finally a big thank you to Simone, Jenny, Ellie and the rest of the team.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

We decided to approach Beasleys after deciding to part ways with a previous estate agent we used as it just dragged on. Jake came to our house to value and market our property, from the moment we met him we knew straight away this is the company we want to sell our house, honest, genuine, polite, spoke like a true professional, we knew he was someone we could trust, which is reassuring, he explained everything to us and gave us plenty of advice along the way. A special mention to Charlie aswell, who sold our house and got herself familiar with our property to answer any questions from prospective buyers, again, very impressed with her approach. I have already recommended Jake and the team to people who are wanting to sell their house, thanks again Beasleys.
23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with my experience.<br>I viewed a flat in Papworth through Connells on Friday 19th June and absolutely loved the property. Before the viewing, I had noticed that an identical listing through another agency, Leaders, had already been marked as “Let Agreed.” As the two listings appeared to be exactly the same flat, I raised this concern with the Connells agent during the viewing. He reassured me that the property was still available and suggested that the Leaders listing must have been for a different flat in the building.<br>Based on this information, we submitted an offer that same evening. The following day, Connells sent us paperwork to complete and sign, clearly identifying the property we had viewed. We were even told that we could potentially move in from 29th June. On Monday, when we called for an update, we were told that they were waiting to speak to the landlord and that we would soon be able to pay the deposit.<br>However, today (23rd June), after chasing for another update, we were finally informed that there had been a miscommunication between the agencies and that the flat had actually already been let through Leaders before we even attended the viewing.<br>This was incredibly frustrating. Not only was our time wasted, but our hopes were raised unnecessarily over several days. At multiple points, we were led to believe that the property was available and that our application was progressing, when in reality it had already been taken.<br>To make matters worse, the agency is still actively advertising the property, which only adds to the confusion and suggests that the listing has not been properly updated or managed.<br>Arranging viewings outside of standard working hours has also been extremely difficult. It’s ironic that those of us working full-time to meet the income requirements needed to rent these properties seem to have the hardest time accessing viewings in the first place.<br>Mistakes can happen, but better communication between agencies and more accurate information being given to prospective tenants would have prevented a very disappointing experience.

They always offer honest and justified advise which has always guided me to make the right decisions. They provide honest valuations and it shows in the actual sale price when the sale is agreed. The have solutions for every problem and make the whole experience stress free and good value for money. I would always use your move as they have a professional and solution driven attitude that saves delays. They work as a team and are always welcoming and friendly and easy to approach when needed. I used the recommended in-house solicitors and they have also been great and I will further use them for my purchase. Great experience all round. Thank you..

Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. A special thank you to Sasha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her support, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. 21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

Hunters kept us updated at all times during the sale and we particularly liked the 360 tool as part of the house advert online - meaning buyers could see the measurements of the room, try it with/without furniture and reducing the need for lots of viewings as it was very accurate and available 24/7 online. Thank you!

Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly. Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but he was always on the end of the phone/email to answer any queries with a personalised and professional approach, which showed genuine gratitude to ensure everything ran smoothly. In my opinion communication is key and he was absolutely brilliant with communication as he would call back when a message was left or email back as quickly as possible. As Taylor Made was just a stone's throw away, the market knowledge was excellent the house was priced the house competitively resulting in a quick sale so this was highly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Clive at Taylor Made to others in the area looking to sell, which I already have done. Keep up the outstanding customer service!

We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.
