22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has.<br>He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money?<br>All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them.<br>They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress.<br>They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about.<br>They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!!<br>Steer well clear!!

We found him really down to earth, approachable and understanding.<br><br>He supported us throughout the process, being the conduit between us and our seller, even more so than their solicitor.<br><br>We really appreciated both his and Lauren’s support.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I called the agency twice to enquire about agency fees as I was interested in putting a property up on the open market, a very rude staff member picked up the called wouldn't share her name or direct me to the sales team. When I spoke to her about what agent fees are and what is included in it which are very standard questions to ask was met with a rude response where they were unable to share these details. Not sure why, because how else are people willing to list properties if they don't know what the agent fees are or what the service includes.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very thankful and pleased with the team in Flitwick, Initially we was searching in Luton and Daniel reached out to see if we was interested in expanding our search area and if I fancied popping in to speak to the mortgage adviser. The planets aligned for us on this as the adviser Johnathan filled me with much more confidence than the other companies and after explaining our criteria they pulled up the ideal property!! The whole process was pretty easy for us as first time buyers and we was guided very well through the journey. Not at any point did we feel pressured into any decisions. 27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Michael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home.<br><br>They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move.<br><br>Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with.<br><br>It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us.<br><br>Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way.<br><br>Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. Caroline was brilliant at keeping the sale transaction moving along, letting nothing sit still for too long.<br><br>I can’t recommend Phil and his team enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Two houses later, I’m finally getting my keys!<br><br>They were both very diligent with follow-ups and always did their best to keep things moving.<br><br>Shelagh especially was amazing. She was helpful, proactive and so easy to talk to, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable.<br><br>I’m really grateful for all their help and would happily recommend them.

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I viewed a property with Ali from Nova and he did such a great job in showing me around that I walked away with him being the agent for the sale of my property , fast forward 3 months and I have moved into that same property I saw , Nova sold my property and it has been a seamless wonderful experience topped off with great ongoing service from Gerda after offers were accepted. She kept me up to date and kept me informed and was the first to congratulate me. A great experience from a wonderful team .

3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary
