He was passionate, super knowledgeable, and really filled us with confidence which made our decision to use Mark Rice to sell our house really easy. He took the time to get to know us and our home, we really appreciated that there was never any pressure put on us. Laura supported us throughout the sale process and was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered every query quickly, followed up on everything she said she would and was endlessly patient with all our questions! She never once made us feel like we were pestering and her kindness, reassurance, and genuine investment in our journey took so much stress away from the process. We are so grateful for all of her support. A huge thank you as well to Jill and Frances, who were always so kind, responsive and helpful whenever we contacted the team and had any queries. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)All estate agents are not the same, this is what we recently found out when using Middletons to both sell our house and purchase our new bungalow from. From day one they were on the ball and always keeping us informed of what stages everybody was at, chasing up wherever necessary. I would give a special mention to Hazel who, without her in depth knowledge and experience I wonder if we would have got our lovely new bungalow. All the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend Middletons estate agents to anyone who is selling or buying a property. They really are excellent.<br>Robert & Gayle

They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.
- 14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Molly found and suggested properties which all covered the above which enabled real choices. During viewings she was informed, professional and fun; she knows her audience. Once we decided on the house we wanted she supported us 100% to get it done from laying out the steps and requirements. It was all done within less than a week.
