She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lydia was always kind, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout every step of the process. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly — thank you again, Lydia!

17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve been with London estates for 3 years, and I have to say they are one of the best agency’s I’ve been with over the last 8 years, I’ve had 5 different flats since moving to London and they are the only agency that have been hassle free and have made the whole experience of renting as stress free as they could. They might be a small agency but they have made a massive impact to myself in comparison to any big agency. The team in themself are quick to respond to any issues and great at checking everything is in order, I’d like to give a special mention to John and Anca who have been so amazing during this time.

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agency during my attempted purchase of Wightman Road has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I submitted a revised offer of £450,000 subject to several specific matters being regularised, including lease and title issues. Although I was later informed that the seller had agreed to the price, I never received written confirmation that all of the conditions attached to my offer had been accepted, nor was an updated Memorandum of Sale issued.<br><br>Over several weeks, I repeatedly requested updates and clarification by email and WhatsApp, but many of my enquiries went unanswered. The prolonged lack of communication and absence of formal documentation ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the transaction.<br><br>I formally withdrew from the purchase on 2 June 2026 and requested the return of my holding deposit. At the time of writing, I have still received no substantive response to my formal complaint and no confirmation of when my deposit will be returned.<br><br>Property transactions can be complicated, and deals do fall through. However, clear communication, timely responses and transparency should be the minimum standard that buyers can expect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

6th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I have dealt with estate agents for the last 8 years, roughly once a year, and have, to say the least, grown to dislike and distrust them. They would always rush you, then make you wait, sometimes use you just as a bargaining chip in someone else’s offer. They have always made renting an overly stressful and convoluted process. Then we met Tay from Majestic Properties, who is unlike any other agent I have ever dealt with. He was kind, prompt, accommodating and very efficient. From organising a last minute viewing on a weekend, to taking our offer and getting it accepted on the same day, he has been on it the entire time. The referencing process was straightforward, he made our gurantors feel comfortable, he made sure we were able to move in before our previous tenancy expired, and has been available for extra help ever since. He’s very quick to organise a contractor to come in for extra installations, fixes etc, and never leaves us hanging. The only negative sensation I’ve experience during this entire process was when for a moment I thought it was all too good to be true. But Tay didn’t disappoint, and we have moved into a beautiful house, which as a bonus, is owned by absolutely lovely people. Update: a the process of moving out was also so smooth thanks to Tay and Elder, very nice and professional agents. Would recommend them to anyone.

He listened to what my requirements were and really made an effort to ensure what he showed me matched. He also communicated really well and was always available if I had questions.
