She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.

29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot rate Kishan and Sumita highly enough, from start to completion they have been not only super professional but have manged to navigate some tricky issues with ease and clearly years of skill. Always at the end of a phone or email, lightning speed response every time too. They both worked incredible hard to get the sale done and preserve my sanity! I recommend them without reservation and I can honestly say in all my years of dealing with Estate Agents it was actually a pleasure! They are the Gold standard for sure.

Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
