He's taken us through three or four tenancy changeovers, each handled smoothly, and when issues come up he deals with them promptly and keeps us properly informed.<br>Ten years of consistently going above and beyond. Genuinely trustworthy, and a large part of why owning a rental property in London has been stress-free for us.

He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!

You managed to find us the perfect buyer , a great price and exchange and complete in less than 4 months . The whole process was quick, efficient and basically seamless. Alicia really understood my requirements and the value of my house, never troubled me with "tyre kickers", and found a Buyer with exactly the right profile and ambition for my house. Alicia worked tirelessly to navigate the new Covid-rules to prepare my house for sale and conclude the sale as quickly as possible, keeping me updated at all times, and helping to unblock issues on the Buyer's side. Both Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Alicia to help sell your property.<br><br>Given my positive experience from my first transaction with Ellis & Co above, I used Alica Casingena at Ellis & Co (Golders Green) to sell my father's property in 2026 after he moved into a care home. Alicia delivered for me again, achieving my sale price in very tough market conditions: high interest rates, high number of properties for sale and low number of serious buyers. Alicia knows the Golders Green market inside out, and is an expert sales negotiator. She understood my requirements which included a hard time constraint to get the sale done, and her marketing advice was spot on.
