23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I wanted to leave a specific review for Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh, as his support throughout my transaction was exceptional - even though Eastleigh were not the primary branch I was selling with.<br><br>In all honesty, he went above and beyond took real ownership of the process, and consistently stepped in to keep things moving when it mattered most.<br><br>His communication was excellent - regular updates, quick responses, and a genuine effort to keep everything on track. What really stood out was his willingness to chase progress, and resolve issues, despite not being directly responsible for my case.<br><br>His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment did not go unnoticed, and he made a stressful process significantly easier to manage.<br><br>I would highly recommend Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh to anyone looking for an estate agent who is proactive, supportive, and truly invested in delivering a great service.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 15th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.

Very helpful during my investment property search ??????????- 17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
15th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
