The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

15th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. Best Joe

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences. The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed. A faultless service and we cannot thank you enough for your help.
