The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

Claire was calm and professional throughout the whole process, as were her colleagues when Claire was away etc. We cannot thank you enough for all the hard work and we wish you well for the future.
16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Isaac and Anna were both absolutely fantastic. Anna was very accommodating when it came to the viewings and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She helped me, and continues to help me, with the house buying process. Isaac was very energetic and sweet, he has kept in touch with me throughout the process and was lovely to talk to in regards to the mortgage aspect of the process. He was very informative throughout. Although… I’m shocked he’s never had a Toby Carvery, that needs to be sorted. :)

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 15th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.
15th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)No one really talks about the back end of the process when selling your home, when things don’t go smoothly it’s actually critical to the whole thing! Downers certainly are high achievers in this area of expertise, Fraser, the office manager is exceptional and I honestly don’t think we’d have completed the sale without him. That’s not a discredit to the rest of the team who were also professional & helpful, exactly what you need. We just can’t thank Fraser enough, we would highly recommend them ??

We were in a chain selling my partner’s flat, and Winkworth communicated well with our solicitors and the estate agent we used to sell the flat. We managed to complete in a really short timespan considering we were in a chain. A stress free and quick process. Highly recommend. If we sell our home in the future Winkworth will be at the top of our list- 17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

15th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. Best Joe

They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. I was kept in the loop for all viewings and backed up with texts & emails. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Graham & Co.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Joe, Luke and Tiffany have all proved to us that we made the very best choice in selecting them for the job. From the outset, they were professional, attentive and very responsive - replying to all calls, messages and emails on the same day. They matched us with the perfect buyers and the sale proceeded at speed. They answered our queries, managed all the viewings, and pointed us in the direction of all the relevant people to support our sale and removal. Nothing was too much trouble. The sale went through smoothly leaving both sellers and buyers extremely satisfied. I would definitely use their agency again and recommend them most highly to others. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
