15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)5 star service from the Connells team so far on my first time buyer journey!! I have been dealing with Bethany Taylor who has been really informative and helpful. She is a credit to the team and I will continue to recommend her services!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I have received excellent service from Tracy Ryder dealing with the letting of my property.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I highly recommend Victoria as your agent. She found the perfect buyer for our house and she was always attentive to our needs. Thank you so much for helping us through this move . Much appreciated ??
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Lovely house viewing and support with the application process
26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The experience with Knight Frank was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We found ourselves selling our cherished family home in a very tricky and unpredictable market. However Alex Barton at Strutt and Parker Newbury exceeded our expectations with his calm, extremely professional and level headed approach. Alex’s knowledge of the market and the local area is second to non, and he was always on the other end of the phone be it for reassurance or updates on viewings etc. I really felt as though our hand was held throughout the process and nothing was ever a problem and always delivered with a smile! The marketing of our home was exceptional both from Newbury as well as Head Office. It really was a pleasure selling our home through S&P and I would highly recommend Alex to anybody needing to sell their own most cherished treasure. Thank you S&P!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Kaitlyn assisted me with my deposit return once I moved out of the place I was renting. She was very professional & prompt with her replies.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)The Downer and Co team are the best we’ve dealt with. We purchased a house and sold a house through them on 2 separate occasions and our experience couldn’t have been better. Richard is one hell of a salesman, the receptionists are always on the ball whenever we phoned in and Fraser is an absolute saint. His work progressing the sale and purchase was constant; chasing solicitors, chasing buyers and always offering advice when needed. Would recommend massively.

4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would recommend Winkworth Basingstoke Lettings. Anna and Marion are always there when you need them. They are quick to deal with any issues and it’s nice to speak direct with someone (not lots of different people). They are helpful, professional and attentive. Thank you! ??????????- 17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
15th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. Best Joe- 22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Good communication throughout- realistic with valuations and expectations throughout
10th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Required details regarding commercial building valuation and was put through to the chartered surveyor. An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.
6th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Our experience with Martin & Co was brilliant. Karl was very helpful and understanding of his customers interests while we searched for our new house. I would highly recommend Martin & Co to other students looking for a future home.
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Dion and Amanda were excellent. Really helpful. The price was well pitched. The time scale to sale came in as indicated. Sale fees represented good value.
12th Sep 2020 (6 years ago)Sai has been extremely helpful in marketing my properties in a very difficult time - the middle of the COVID pandemic. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.- 10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)A faultless and stress-free experience, start to finish. Thank you Brockenhurst.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)They book you in for viewing while it’s already gaven to someone else basically, they just waste your time ??????
21st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
