We had really excellent support from Sylwia, so kind and so professional. Throughout a tricky process, Sylwia handled everything for us and got the right outcome for us. We really felt that we mattered to her, as well as the whole Davis Tate team. I recommend Sylwia and the whole team wholeheartedly.

Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. From the first meeting with Victoria to the day we handed the keys over we couldn’t have asked for more.<br>Super professional and kept us informed with every step of the way.<br>Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and throughly recommend the team to anyone wishing to sell their property in Newbury and the surrounding area. They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. The team was consistently responsive, helpful and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout and making the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>What impressed me most was that the service never felt merely transactional. There was a genuine sense of care, attention and willingness to help, combined with the efficiency and professionalism you would expect from a first-class agency. Every interaction was handled promptly and courteously, and I always felt that I was in very capable hands.<br><br>It is increasingly rare to come across this combination of excellent communication, genuine support and consistently high professional standards. 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We've rented from Walmsley for 3 years and have had fantastic communication and really quick responses from them.<br><br>The lettings team led by Beth has been exceptional, and also Leona is really good at keeping us updated on inspections etc.<br><br>Nothing but praise for them and highly recommend if you are thinking of rental or a landlord looking for management.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Need to give a shout out to Tom who helped progress our sale. It got very tense towards the end with lots of moving parts but he was truly fantastic and went above and beyond to chase solicitors/estate agents and get us over the finish line. Thanks so much Tom and team!
