They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. 30th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.
17th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

Our first contact was Brook Atkinson, who got the ball rolling and found us our ideal home, unfortunately our landlord sold the property after two years, and we found ourselves looking for another home. Brook was on the case and in no time at all, found us another lovely home. We cant thank Brook enough for her efforts to find us our new home, she is very professional and focused in her work, we would highly reccomend Brook and GBP estates, if you are looking for professional team. 13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
