Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. A special thank you to Sasha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her support, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. From the outset, when choosing an agent, we were impressed with David's clear, thorough explanation of the marketing strategy. The transparent, courteous approach made Putterills an clear choice over other agents. Putterills secured us offers within the first few viewings from their potential buyers and their negotiations secured us a price significantly over our expectations. The whole process of selling our family home on behalf of our elderly mother was handled sensitively, patiently and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

The team were always very responsive to emails and phone calls helping answer all open question I had. They also helped keep me informed around progress within the chain and helped push for a faster exchange and completion. Highly recommend working with this team for sales/purchasing.

21st Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly. Thanks Adam, Alex and Debbie for all you did !!

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - always responsive, clear, and proactive. What really stood out was their genuine approach to sales negotiation. They provided honest advice, managed expectations well, and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. In an industry that doesn't always enjoy the best reputation, Fry Estate Agents are a real breath of fresh air. They combine professionalism with integrity, and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients. If you're looking for an estate agent you can trust, Fry are an excellent choice.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

He was friendly and really good at communicating with us with viewings and how things were going. Once we had an offer on our property, Adam showed us our house we are in now off market and we fell completely in love. He made so much effort to make sure it all happened.<br>Although the timeline was long, no fault of Adam’s, he stayed constant in communication when we needed and was always there.<br>Would definitely recommend and use again.

We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.
