As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10!<br><br>Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process – during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.<br><br>We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. They used a different way to sell the property that we had not experienced before and it worked extremely well ( open day for viewing) this enabled us to achieve the best price for the property. They also used a professional photographer inside and outside also using a drone which showed it off in the best possible way.

Our move from Dundee in Scotland to Biggleswade, could have been a lot more stressful had it not been for this lovely, friendly, approachable team who were always happy to go above and beyond in arranging several visits, often at quite short notice, for us to view some houses on our short visits down from Scotland. They were always extremely professional and caring with a pro-active approach, learning our needs and desires of what we wanted from our new home. With an incredibly deep knowledge of the local market, they soon identified a house that suited our needs., exactly. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted. Kennedy &Foster made us feel we were highly valued customers from first contact to completion. They are a team that go the extra mile on a daily basis. 17th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Sales assistants didn't bother to give buyers positive points about house, location etc, was more bothered helping buyers than my selling and negotiated to cash byers who were not sole when told otherwise. Good sales to get work then went downhill. only plus was photos.

There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.

20th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
