22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)My experience with Bagshaws Bakewell was consistently poor from start to finish.<br>Across the full 20?week contract, the property generated only four viewings, and no meaningful strategy, communication, or performance management was provided at any stage. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, no feedback from any viewings, and basic actions, and there was no proactive attempt to address the lack of progress.Despite the clear underperformance, Bagshaws insisted on enforcing the full contract term, offering no flexibility and no review of their service. Even removing the listing required multiple follow?ups before anything was actioned.I have since submitted a formal complaint to the Property Ombudsman (TPO) regarding the service, communication, and contract enforcement.Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bagshaws Bakewell.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

Great value for money versus others in the area. Hopefully the process to completion will be as efficient but mindful solicitors are involved and that WC . Dawson don’t have too much influence on the timeline of the sale itself.

22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We sold and purchased houses in St. Ives with Wellington Wise and have been amazed at the quality of service. We had true end-to-end support from Sarah and Charley in particular - from early valuation discussions and buying advice, through to completion of the chain. Communication was always top notch, very prompt and usually by phone with a lengthy supporting e-mail trail.<br><br>You hear a lot about the stress of buying/selling houses and while this is somewhat true, in our case the agent only made things easier and relaxed. This was especially helpful to us as it took us a while to find our next house after selling. I would absolutely use Wellington Wise's services again.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Moved to Bridgfords because another local estate agent had not secured many viewings in 3 months and/or sold our home. When the ladies at Bridgfords took over, they sold our home in 1 month. If you are serious about selling your home, these ladies are serious about selling it for you. I cannot speak highly enough of them and verbally recommend them to anyone selling a house.

I am so grateful for the calm, professional and supportive guidance we received from Laura she guided us through all stages, gave us great advice and kept us updated throughout. I know at times I mithered her to death but she was always lovely, kind and patient. She is very knowledgeable and has been godsend to us both.<br>Thank you Laura we would have been lost without you.

We were looking downsize and found a property perfect for our situation. The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. Would highly recommend this agent for their excellent service, friendly and welcoming approach and knowledgable. We have found our perfect home with their help and are so happy, thank you so much

I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough.<br>This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors.<br>Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale.<br>When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.<br>They have worked miracles and managed to sell a property I thought would 'never sell in a million years' and achieved a good price. Thank you team!

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
