We're first time sellers, so we were grateful for their extra guidance especially during a turbulent housing market. After a slow-ish start (mainly due to factors outside of our control), HF secured us a final offer we were really happy with. For various reasons we've decided not to sell yet, but look forward to working with them again next spring.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. In particular, we have been really impressed with Lewis Burgess, Sales Negotiator. He is very professional in every aspect of his dealings with us. He always confirms appointments and is meticulous about his time keeping for viewings. He is well prepared with additional information about the property and able to answer any questions we have. If he doesn’t know the answer he always researches the issue and gets back to us promptly. Her warmth and professionalism set a lovely tone from the very first conversation, giving us real confidence in the process from day one.<br><br>The sales progression team were equally impressive, especially Carol Reid, who kept everything moving with real efficiency and care. Communication was excellent throughout, and thanks to their efforts our transaction completed quickly and smoothly, with none of the usual conveyancing stress.<br><br>Highly recommend Blount and Maslin — a genuinely lovely, professional team.
