15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)The service we received from Knight Frank was never less than totally professional and fully focused on getting an end result that we were happy with. Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.
14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I basically decided to engage Hunter French to sell a property in Devizes because I had dealt with Ryan with regards to an EPC and he was so kind and helpful at a time when things were very difficult for me. I can honestly say that I did not regret this decision. I mainly dealt with Ryan, but Tom and the other members of the team were also great. Communication about the outcome of viewings and the progress of the sale was excellent. Any questions or worries I had were addressed sensitively and professionally, and I really feel that the whole process was handled with a human and personal touch (which can be rare in this digital age!). Selling a house can be scary, stressful and emotional and I am very grateful for the support that Ryan and the team gave me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.
23rd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.
7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a landlord operating in very difficult market conditions ,which are only set to become more challenging with the upcoming Renters Reform Bill, I was struggling to find an agency I trusted to manage my property to a truly professional standard. I had previously been with a property agent in Chippenham who, to be frank, had allowed their standards to decline over the many years I was with them. After refurbishing the property, I decided it was time to find a new agent. My preference was for a local company that was friendly, professional, and used local tradespeople. That’s when I came across Charles Faye, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. The quality of their service — particularly in terms of professionalism, communication, and trust has been superb. They were welcoming and knowledgeable from the very first contact, and that level of professionalism has not diminished at any point over the past year that I have been working with them. As a multi-property landlord, I can confidently recommend Charles Faye as a property agent. I genuinely believe that without their excellent service and support, I would have sold the property. I would particular like to mention both Brenda and Louise who have both been fantastic to work with and I sincerely hope that this relationship will not change in the years to come.

15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I honestly can’t thank Hannah Knight enough for the effort she’s put in to get my property over the line. I’m currently on the other side of the world and a last-minute issue came up with checks that could have delayed my tenants moving in possibly weeks— who were relocating from up north literally the next day. Despite the time pressure, Hannah worked relentlessly to sort it. She pulled out all the stops, coordinated everything on my behalf, kept me fully updated, and made sure it was resolved in time so the move could still go ahead as planned. Her professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care made a potentially stressful situation completely painless for me. It’s rare to find someone who goes this far above and beyond their job, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is proactive, dependable and actually gives a damn — I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

10th May 2024 (1 year ago)What makes Jones Robinson different? We feel they really understood the market and spared no effort in their advertising. However it is the communication that is excellent. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Stewart was professional and understanding of what we wanted after having our house up for sale before with little interest. He knew how to sell and he did. Then Ben, he kept us up to date with viewings etc, such a fantastic team. There was a slight hold up near the end and Ben was not giving up, he made it that the day we were moving would not change. He went above and beyond to sort out some issues and was up early to do so….such commitment. The team have been fantastic from start to finish. Thank you all

15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Strakers Chippenham are extremely competent. They are a very traditional estate agent which is a good thing when going through the stresses of selling your home. We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.
