He was so helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. After having a very negative experience with a different estate agent it was so good to have found Rian. We can't recommend enough. He helped me with my purchase, kept me up to date and helped me with every query I had. Genuine genuine person and this is the only company you should be using for your estate agent needs. 17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
