I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COST. All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.- 5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We’ve had a really good experience with Marsh and Parsons.
