Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

This was stage one of two for me as the house would subsequently be listed. So, in many ways, it allowed me to gauge the calibre of the team as well as that of the company. I met Kevin and immediately liked his professional and courteous manner. It was then a simple process of engaging with him and the excellent team when taking the house to market. I was impressed from start to finish. The whole house selling/buying process is more protracted today than it was but we were grateful for the support at every step.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client or another property on their books. They took the time to understand my circumstances, offered honest advice and support, and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made everything feel so much easier. Their communication and support was exceptional – Zak and Eloise were always available to answer my questions and queries, offer support and kept me updated throughout the entire process.<br><br>Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding, but it was their kindness and ability to go above and beyond that made the biggest difference. During our search for a property we were helped by all of them - John, Lisa, Kelly, Donna - with viewing properties and finally closing a deal on our dream home. All the team were knowledgeable about the area, attentive, welcoming (especially when I kept anxiously popping in to the branch!) and reassuring during a challenging time for us. They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)G whizz.<br>Well, I will try to be concise because it would be very easy to write heaps about how amazingly communicative, informative and supportive Georgia was through this process.<br>When someone is generally just an awesome person, coupled with being fab at the job, what could be stressful process ends up being super chilled and that was our experience. I can not speak or recommend Georgia and guys at n24 highly enough. Absolutely awesome start to finish. Thank you guys. Never change.
