They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

The team is also extremely friendly. Liz Freeman has really taken care of our purchase, dealing with a difficult chain and making sure that the vendor was always updated with the latest, assuring a successful sale & purchase.

13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Avery's came to our rescue when we weren't getting the level of service we wanted from another agent (not informing us of visits and repeatedly and quickly suggesting we lowered the price) and we noticed an immediate positive impact. Their automated system emailed us about every visit and they always gave an update after. Jo was very friendly and professional with viewing details and updates. Daran has a wealth of experience, knows Weston like nobody else, was understanding, professional and positive. Avery's have been we easy to deal with including the ladies in the office who took messages which were always actioned. We sold within 5 months. Thank you all.

Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers. A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated. Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office. Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true. Thank you Abby and Andrews Team, I could not recommend you highly enough!

Jon’s communication was outstanding throughout the entire process; he kept us consistently updated with all the information we needed and often more. He went out of his way to follow up with viewers, solicitors, and the estate agents handling our purchase in order to maintain momentum across the chain. Jon also succeeded in generating significantly more viewings than our previous agent, providing what felt like a truly bespoke and proactive service. He remained consistently friendly, approachable, and positive, even when dealing with the inevitable complications of a long property chain. When Jon was unavailable, Justin stepped in seamlessly, ensuring continuity of service without disruption. The marketing was also of an excellent standard. The photographer produced high-quality images that showcased our property at its best, and the floor plan was both detailed and accurate. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending these estate agents.
