The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout. I could not recommend them highly enough - we are so happy in our new property and a big thank you to the team for making the process as seamless as possible. Wonderful service and lovely team. They provided a most professional, courteous and supportive service always available to talk and inform.us how the sale was going. 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Pascha, in particular, was very helpful in advising how to get the house best presented for sale, and then the sales team as a whole were very efficient in providing details of viewings and feedback. The initial buyers pulled out at quite a late stage but the team re-sold the house quickly. Julie has been progressing the sale and keeping me well informed. It has been quite a difficult chain and some of the solicitors have been challenging but Julie has relentlessly kept on top of them all and provided regular updates. I like that most communication is by phone rather than email.

The quality of the Mark Templer services, from pricing, brochure style, pitching of sales and the all important progression to completion is exceptional. 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Maisie and Mollie at Allen & Harris highly enough. Moving can be such a stressful process, but they both made everything feel so much easier from beginning to end. A special mention has to go to Maisie, who genuinely has the patience of a saint. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things like this. I was constantly calling, emailing and asking all sorts of questions but she handled me perfectly every single time. She was always calm, reassuring, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Both Maisie and Mollie were always friendly, approachable and happy to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They kept me updated throughout, answered everything quickly, and made sure I always knew what was going on. What really stood out was how caring and supportive they both were. It never felt like I was just another client, and it was clear they genuinely wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible for me. Their professionalism, patience and communication were excellent, and I’m so grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you both for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Maisie and Mollie to anyone looking for estate agents who are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely lovely people to deal with.

From their photos for the sales sheet, which were excellent, to liaising between the parties to ensure a smooth sale. The whole team seemed to be involved & we’re all up to date on the position so could pick up if someone was off. Once our house was sold, Cathy took over the liaising of seeing the sale through to completion. Thank you to the entire team for getting us through a highly stressful, at times, process , we are now in our new home.

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I had a disappointing experience with Hunters. The photography fee was explained upfront, but I think this should be highlighted more clearly to new sellers—especially as many other agents include this for free while charging a similar fixed fee. The photos themselves were quite dark and not as strong as other listings. After my initial sale fell through, the property was re-listed quickly, but communication throughout was poor. I was almost always the one chasing updates, calls were rarely answered, and I often had to leave messages for a callback from someone who wasn’t even handling my property. The flat then sat on the market for over two months without a single viewing. When I did manage to speak to the agent, they didn’t seem to have any clear explanation as to why this was the case or offer any real suggestions to improve interest—despite other similar flats nearby selling. The exit process summed up the experience. Although I was emailed about the 14-day notice, a simple courtesy call the day before would have gone a long way to reiterate this and acknowledge that the property hadn’t sold. Instead, I had to call on the final day myself to arrange getting my keys back, only to find the listing had already ended. I also wasn’t told my agent was on leave. Overall, a lack of proactive communication made this a frustrating experience. Update: They’ve handed over the wrong keys to the new Estate Agent, causing me to take time out of work to meet at my own property so my spare keys could be used. Not good enough, and not at all professional. I do not recommend Hunters Estate Agents.

Lisa Stiff visited and was very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Lisa was able to provide me with an estimated price, inform me of the additional costs of selling a property and predicted time scales based on the current market. I would recommend Taylors, a very professional service.

They kept us informed throughout the process even when the sale to the first propective buyers fell through. They found new buyers quickly and smoothly. We would like to mention two of their staff particularly, although all were polite and helpful: Mathew Marchent - saw us through the sale process. Danielle Gennard - helped us through the sales progression. She was always communicative and there with help and advice. Thank you to all the team.
