Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

She was insightful, patient, responsive and efficient, deftly pushed everyone involved in the purchase along as required, and was the epitome of charm and good humour throughout. We'll be completing on time thanks to her. If we ever end up selling our new house, I hope she'll be around to help. Thanks Rebecca!
3rd May 2026 (6 days ago)Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust. Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.- 23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Natalie guided us through renting our flat with warmth and expertise. 9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We cannot recommend Paris Brown highly enough! ?????? ? Honestly, she is just one of those people you feel lucky to have on your side!!!! She took the time to really understand what we needed & not just ticking boxes, but actually getting it, that made such a difference from the start and made us feel at ease. She's warm, empathetic, and genuinely cares. You never feel like just another tenancy to her. It felt like she was looking out for us the whole way through, and would go to bat for us whenever it was needed!!!!! The responsiveness alone sets her apart !!!! she replies so quickly, every time. No waiting around, no wondering if your message got lost. That kind of reliability sounds small but it makes the whole process so much less stressful for us. And the referencing! It's usually such a nightmare. But Paris had everything sorted so efficiently that we were done in under 90 minutes (world record). Genuinely. She was completely on it. If you get Paris, you're in great hands. She's the best, ever!

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
