Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!

They always kept me updated at every stage and made sure everything stayed on track. It really felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. I’m really grateful for all their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thanks again!
28th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I'm only sharing my thoughts if I've had a really good or really bad experience. This time, unfortunately, it was a total nightmare. I had a terrible time with this office! I'd advise against it, if you don't want to end up with headaches and ignorance.
16th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)In a world where we seem to be left consistently underwhelmed by customer service, Drurys Estate Agents provided a complete service nothing short of first-class. After obtaining valuations from a number of local agents, Drurys Estate Agents showed enthusiasm, professionalism and an incredibly positive attitude towards marketing our property (at the top end) of our desired selling price. On arrival, owner of the business Scott Drury, quickly identified the value in our location and advised on how best prepare the property for market, saving us time and money, avoiding any overspend. Scott clearly knows his market well, standing out against his other competitors. Katie then handled all the marketing arrangements and provided us with a draft write-up, allowing us to make any alterations with ease. Katie then handled all the viewings at the property and gave us immediate feedback from each client. Myself, having had a career in both Sales and Customer Service Management, can honestly describe her service as impeccable throughout. Not only did she keep us fully informed, she also went (far) above and beyond, helping obtain information which was well out of her remit. Katie clearly has excellent connections within her industry, this paired with her honesty, professionalism and sheer commitment to her role, made the entire selling procedure seamless. Property sales rarely flow without queries and small issues, however Katie's handling of the entire process was flawless. As a customer who is rarely impressed, Drurys team far surpassed even our highest of expectations. We would not hesitate to select using this local business again. Thank you to the team for restoring our faith in good honest small business values!!

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through each step, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind. In no time at all, our property was rented through Northwood. The guaranteed rent scheme has been absolutely perfect for us — no hassle, no stress, and complete peace of mind knowing that Northwood deals with everything directly with the tenants. It has made being landlords so much easier than we ever expected. A huge thank you to Jason and the whole team for all your support. We would highly recommend Northwood Northampton to anyone thinking of renting out their property!
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and answering any questions promptly. Their knowledge of the local market and dedication to finding the right outcome really stood out. I felt supported every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Open House Estate Agents Leicester to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service—truly a five-star experience!
14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding from start to finish, it's fair to say we had just about every barrier in the way of our onward purchase, but both James & Kim worked tirelessly to get it over the line for us, the guidance, the support and everything inbetween made a huge differance to both myself and my family. They didn't have to do half of what they did for us but the fact is they wanted to help and are genuinely lovely people & I can't thank them enough.

APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE. RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!
