I came to her in quite a hurry, and she was able to help me obtain my AIP swiftly, and then the full mortgage application once my offer was accepted. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and kind throughout the entire application process, and was able to secure me with a great mortgage. I would highly recommend Jasmine and her company to anyone who is looking for a mortgage advisor.

Lexi has always been at the end of the phone listening to my worries and reassuring me during more stressful times. 13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent Service and Outstanding Support Throughout My Tenancy..<br>I had a very positive experience with William H Brown, Knight Partnership, and in particular with Emma, who was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout my tenancy.<br>Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Emma was always approachable and took the time to explain things clearly. The entire process, including the end-of-tenancy checkout and deposit release, was handled very professionally and smoothly.<br>I was especially impressed with how quickly Emma followed up on the final inspection and deposit, and how she went the extra mile to ensure everything was processed promptly.<br>I would highly recommend Knight Partnership and Emma to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive letting agency. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. Gemma, Charlie and Eddie deserve medals… or at the very least a very large bottle of something bubbly! ??????<br><br>They sold my house in what felt like the blink of an eye, and somehow managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable (yes, really… selling a house and stress-free in the same sentence!).<br><br>I was kept informed every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Their communication was spot on, their professionalism was second to none, and they even managed to stop me turning into a nervous wreck!<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home, save yourself the sleepless nights and give Gemma, Charlie and Eddie a call. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish—five stars just doesn’t seem enough! ?????

From the first meeting with Dan, who was very professional and no hard sell, talking to the lovely ladies in the office who can't do enough to help and finally to Edward who came and took the photos and made the whole experience relaxed and easy. I would highly recommend Rex Gooding when selling your property.
17th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I bought my rental apartment through Frank Innes, and always found the staff at the Chesterfield office to be friendly and eager to help. I was so satisfied with their service that I now use them to rent the property for me. Issues and queries are dealt with quickly, and it's always a pleasure to pop into the office when necessary. I can highly recommend them.<br><br>UPDATE<br>Agency has been gobbled up by Countrywide. I now get communications from numerous locations except Chesterfield. Maintenance is managed from Mansfield, by a team who don't know the building and who use Mansfield tradesmen, costing me time and money. EG: 4 months over winter to fix a simple electric heater, using a gas boiler company when an electrician or even handyman would have been fine. Almost £500 for a panel that might have cost £50-60.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I found everyone at O'Riordan Bond in Rushden to be incredibly proactive throughout the sale of my house.<br><br>They weren't the closest estate agent to me, but they were absolutely the right choice. They gave honest advice on pricing, and we agreed on a realistic figure designed to sell – which it did. Twice! Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully.<br><br>Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help. They really do hold your hand through the process.<br><br>This may not be the last time I buy or sell a property, and when that day comes, I would have no hesitation in using O'Riordan Bond again.<br><br>Thank you to everyone in the Rushden office for all your help – I really appreciate everything you did.

We had a chain collapse immediately...with no support at all...followed by a second buyer offering lower...again no advice or support. Also starting us off at a over inflated price. They were not proactive and did not offer any help or advice. The owner Sammy Dyche was away on holiday...and I couldn't speak to him. The office didn't offer us any support. All very stressful.

Nothing was too much bother for him. On a daily basis he updated me with the progress of the sale.<br><br>His guidance and support were invaluable to me. He was never too busy to answer my questions - no matter how small. Placing my property on the market was an incredibly difficult thing for me to do, but he gave me the confidence to follow it through.<br><br>Not only is Omar a thoroughly likeable person, but he is also extremely kind, patient and honest. I have nothing but praise for him – he went above and beyond to help me sell my property.<br><br>Omar is the best!<br>Thank you!

Thank god I am not buying a house from this company,

She kept us updated every step of the way and nothing was too much effort for her. The house buying process is such a stressful time but Ellie helped ease this stress as was always available via phone and email and did a brilliant job of updating us and chasing our solicitors.
