11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I would recommend using Frank Innes Mansfield branch. I am a first time buyer and has no idea the process of buying your first property in the UK. Eve has been ever so helpful and patient even when I had a thousand questions. Also, during the first viewing as I wasn't able to make it in time she was able to accommodate my family which was nice of her.

From the very beginning, when I first called to arrange a viewing, right through to the day we collected the keys, Ali was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive.<br><br>He consistently kept us updated at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed about what was happening. In fact, there were several occasions when Ali had more information and was able to give us clearer updates than our own solicitor!<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having someone so approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful made a huge difference. Ali was always happy to help, answer questions and keep things moving, and we really appreciated his support throughout the whole process.<br><br>We would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.

7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I would like to thank Simpson and weekly for there very professional support and making things easier as selling a house can be very difficult and stressful, so with the help of there staff and especially Zara Rhoder king , so I would definitely recommend Simpson and weekly when buying or in my case selling our house, there will be issues and also problems but from my recent experience you pay for what you get and im very happy with that, well done ?????? Team .
