8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.

However, the level of communication regarding viewing of our property was poor, on four occasions buyers turned up with your agent without any prior warning to ourselves of the proposed visit! a very embarrassing situation for all concerned. Overall we were satisfied with their service

A huge thank you to Emma Sherwin, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, everything felt quite overwhelming at times, but Emma was always patient, supportive, and quick to answer any questions we had. She kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole journey feel much less stressful. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. We’re so grateful for all her help in making our first home purchase such a positive experience. They walked me through the entire process of getting a decent mortgage deal painlessly.<br><br>As promised, I was able to move into my new house before Christmas.<br><br>It speaks for itself!<br><br>Massive thanks again.<br><br>In five years, thanks to the extraordinary effort of mortgage advisor Mr. Chinmay Bodiwala, we secured a new mortgage for a wonderful house. From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. 22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

She supported us every step of the way through the mortgage process, making what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to slow things down whenever we felt unsure. Her approach is truly personalised, and you never feel like just another client. She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
