7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

As a first-time buyer, I initially saw a house that was slightly above my price range, but when I rang, James encouraged me to view it anyway and said it was worth putting an offer in if I liked it, and I’m so glad I did, because my offer was accepted! James oversaw the sale from start to finish, and the whole process was completed in under 7 weeks, which was amazing. I actually found myself contacting the estate agents more than my own solicitor, as they were so proactive in helping me get everything I needed! Even organising the fixing of a window to keep things moving smoothly. The people who showed me around on multiple viewings, mostly at weekends, were so lovely and really made me feel at ease while looking around, which made a big difference as the space felt comfortable instantly. The team were really professional, highly responsive, and seemed to genuinely care about both their customers and buyers. I feel very lucky that the house I purchased was being sold through Beadnall Copley, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!!

I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

I especially appreciated their clear and regular communication, keeping me informed of their progress in finding suitable tenants, which I found extremely reassuring. Overall, it has been a very positive and satisfying experience, and I would confidently recommend their services to anyone.

It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done! 22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.
