4th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)

14th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Londonwide Estates have managed our property in W9 for well over fifteen years, and the experience has been consistently solid. The house has never been empty for more than 48 hours between tenants, which speaks for itself. The manager is always pleasant, always reachable, responds quickly, and handles matters in a straightforward, practical way. Such consistent high performance over so many years is hard to find, and we value the high standard they’ve maintained.
22nd Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.
28th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Thankyou Team Nandez you were truly amazing. After arriving at Chalet Etoile everyone was keen to ski. Unfortunately after 2 days skiing we were put into a 7 day quarantine by the Swiss Government.We could not have done this without the whole team. From the lovely message in the snow outside our chalet , messages on the lids of our delivered food, all the shopping, answering our requests in whats’s app within minutes,delivering us a much needed goody bag with champagne on Christmas Day and then the icing on the cake...... finding our teenage boys a PS4 . That was definitely a lifeline for our 16 year old and 19 year old who were truly losing the will to continue in isolation. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. After our quarantine was finished we had the most amazing time skiing with so much snow, it was definitely worth the wait. We were all very sad when we left as we as we felt like part of the fixtures and fittings. We have stayed at this chalet twice and it never disappoints, Thanks again to all the team The Douglas Family xxx

1st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.
12th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I would really recommend you avoid this place for your own peace of mind. I was initially allured by the very low commission rate. It all started off ok, but by the end Shaz was ignoring my emails and calls for weeks on end. Provided me with a tenant who trashed my apartment and left it in a state. I really reccomend more expensive high street estate agents as in the long run this will save your money. He still hasn't even responded to my text because he failed to arrange council tax payment for the last year.
7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 30th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Firstly I met Saphia who drove from Eltham to Whitstable to show me around a property. She was professional polite and knew the property in side out showing various little extras. Saphia told me exactly what was being left in the property and also the best way to proceed. When it was time to close the deal Alex came again from Eltham to Whitstable and stayed with me throughout the whole process of buying my lodge which was around 4 hours. I had to go into town and contact my bank which took longer than expected. Alex was still waiting with a smile and never once made me feel like I was putting him out. I felt supported from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough.. If I had a property in London.. Or the South East I wouldn't not hesitate to contact Equity... Honest.. Open and transparent.. What a brilliant company.. Thank you so much.
