Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

As a local independent company, they offer a trustworthy, personal and friendly approach that has meant a lot to me. Tenants have been assessed carefully and any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly. It has been very reassuring to me to know that my property and tenants have been in good hands. Thank you!

30th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 16th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Private Landlords – Pay attention. I have recently been unfortunate to have been a customer of Varosi Lettings as a landlord. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. I took a 2-year contract out with them to look after my property and pay rent for doing so. I had a few issues to say the least with regards to the clients they decided to house in my property. Regardless of any of these issues I was within my rights to request my keys back at the end of the 2-year contract. Within their contract it is stated they need 3 months, to the date, of the end of contract worth of notice. Not only did I email and receive confirmation by the owner Vasilis Mavrou, I also sent a Royal Mail tracked and signed letter which I also have the proof of receipt. Regardless of this information they were adamant that they did not accept the letter or email (to which they were not clear why it was not accepted). 2 days before the hand back date I spoke with Vasilis and he indicated there was absolutely no way I was getting my keys back within the contracted date agreed. I feel his ego was bruised as I wanted my keys back (again within contracted rights). As you can imagine I was very upset and confused. I spoke to my solicitor who proceeded to handle this for us. He also received vague emails from Vasilis himself regarding the contract that they may, or may not have with the local authorities and/or the client. 6 weeks later and a lot of stress and upset later, I finally received my keys back. The property was left in a state, filthy and still needed furniture to be removed. I accept wear and tear, but damage and uncleanliness is not acceptable. After speaking with Mario Neocleous, I also got confirmation a professional cleaning company had been in before the hand back. As you can see from the pictures taken, this is not the case. I am not sure why, as an agent they could not uphold the contract on their end and therefore have cost me as their customer not only a financial loss for solicitors and other expenses but also stress and a disregard for my rights as a landlord. Absolutely unprofessional and a rude organisation. Vasilis is not only rude and patronizing, but he feels a sense of authority as a high member of the Greek Cypriot community. A big shame, we call ourselves a hospitable and kind race. I feel this is lost with Varosi Lettings. I wonder how they would feel if they were treated with this manor. Mario, Petros, Hassan, Sandra and of course the main man Vasilis is who I dealt with over the 2 plus year period.
24th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Selling through Tatlers East Finchley was a good choice. The office, with Manager Stephen and Fari, was professional, focused and proactive. Stephen and Fari both knew the property intimately and were both very knowledgeable insightful and helpful. The whole process could not have been smoother.
23rd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Selman Lettings handled the property well from the start, with the house being clean and ready when the keys were handed over. They were also helpful in arranging repairs shortly after moving in to address initial issues. During my time in the property, they were easy to contact and responsive in organising a handyman to attend and resolve issues with the heating system and boiler. A minor suggestion would be that, on a couple of occasions, initial requests for assistance were met with a recommendation to try resolving the issue myself. However, once the situation was explained, support was provided promptly.

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
