20th May 2024 (2 years ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.
5th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

22nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.
17th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Hunter Estates in Westminster offers a first class, personal service which is almost impossible to find now among the main stream estate agents. The knowledge and expertise is remarkable. I would highly recommend Edna and her team. We rented a beautiful flat and any help we needed was offered immediately and with great professionalism. A wonderful experience!

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

27th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Avoid this estate agent. I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it. When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it. I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion. Do not use this agent.
