28th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.

14th May 2024 (1 year ago)Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.
15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!
15th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.
