We appreciated how quickly they acted when we were interested in a property and they have continued to help manage the property suitably. 12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

11th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.

He's a professional in his field and a very kind and helpful person. Throughout the entire rental period, he supported and helped with all matters related to our rental property. I'm very happy with his work, I recommend him to everyone, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to him!

25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth
