The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

Thanks Payne&Co and specifically Imran for going beyond his responsibilties in the process! Must recommended from the a buyers perspective, they are very transparent, professional and on top their work!

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Communication was pretty unprofessional and informal. We didn’t get the sense that the property was getting pushed much as we didn’t have too many viewings, but ultimately they got the property sold at asking so overall happy.

I dealt with Stephen Waller in the branch who offered an impeccable service from the moment I first met him. He kept in touch through out the transaction, was always polite and professional, was constantly liasing with the solicitors and was a great help . Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????

The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to friends.

14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)They sold a property (our next door) they left the signage right next to our car - it was clearly not installed properly - it fell over and damaged the paint on our car. We did speak to them and they passed us to the signage company - both companies are not happy to cover the cost of damages or provide insurance details for us to recoup our loss. They do not respond to our emails. Not very ethical company.
