From start to finish, the company facilitated an incredibly smooth and hassle-free process, which made the transition into my new home seamless. The highlight of the experience was the professionalism of Ali, the Head of Sales and Lettings, in coordinating offers. He was exceptionally efficient and always provided a quick response to queries, offering great general support whenever it was needed. If you are looking for a stress-free rental process with a highly responsive team, I cannot recommend their services enough.

I included the 2nd largest in England in that category. Adam Wolman is the exception that proves the rule. He is efficient, honest, hard working and genuinely works for his money to get a deal over the line. If you are buying, selling or renting a property in Mill Hill or NW London, deal with him. However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
