Abby at Andrews longwell green was everything you would want an estate to be. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers.
A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated.
Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office.
Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true.

Richard was amazing throughout the whole process. Always helpful and hardworking even when he was on holiday. We had a lot of problems need to be sorted, he always could contact with all parties and made all the problems away. Highly recommended.

Ben at Andrews Lettings offered a very competitive rental package for the property, by combining their excellent inside knowledge of the local area with their extensive client base, in order to find the right type of tenant for an appropriate rent.

The guy who was communicating with me was really good at his job the name of the guy is Kish whenever I need him during the whole process he never let me down even on his day of he answered my phone reply to my message I really appreciate his help
