No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)John was very responsive to my calls and did what he said he was going to do. He gave helpful advice based on his obvious knowledge of the market and local businesses. He arranged for things to be done, which really helped as I was not local. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

James' photographs were fantastic and really showed the house in a realistic but great light. Thank you so much for your support and we will 100% be recommending you to everyone we know.

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

They answered the phone, returned any messages and communicated well. Latterly, Ben Stevenson took the reins as manager and within a short space of time sold our property. From that point the process is fraught with issues (ours was relatively simple) which Ben and Sue Carter held our hands through. Would recommend

Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through the current market conditions in the area, and provided honest, well-reasoned advice rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. The valuation felt thorough and well researched, and I never felt under any pressure at any stage. Communication has been great, and the overall experience has been smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan and the team to anyone considering selling in the area.
2nd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Very little contact between Client and agents during the 20 week contract, no discussions or suggestions put forward by the agents as to how the property could be made more attractive to potential buyers, i.e price reduction, more advertising etc. We had 2 viewers in 20 weeks of which neither were a fit for our property.
2nd Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)My property didn't sell, it was on for 10 weeks with not a single enquiry or viewing and I was only contacted once I reached out.

Whether you are buying a property through them, or they are finding a tenant for your property, they have always been easy to work with, good at communication and often going the extra step to insure everything goes smoothly.

I have never worked with a company who are so professional yet 100% supportive and caring. Fran, Debs and their team are there for every step of the way, never a call not returned promptly even after office hours. A complicated sale made easy for us because of their skills. Would never use anyone else and 100% recommend.
