Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt well informed. They organised a great open day which led to a quick sale, and everything was handled smoothly. Their honesty and integrity really stood out—we felt we could trust their advice completely. We unreservedly recommend them.

Communication was so great and contractors were assigned to each issue. Happy to be one of the tenant with Northwood Solihull :)

20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Spectra Property and Services.<br><br>I had booked a house viewing for Saturday at 10:00 AM, which was later rescheduled to 11:00 AM after a phone call. The confirmation email clearly stated that the viewing slot was from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.<br><br>When we arrived at 11:22 AM, there was still someone sitting in a car outside the property. However, instead of conducting the viewing, we were told in a rude and unprofessional manner that we would need to rebook because we were “late.” This was despite arriving within the viewing window stated in the confirmation email.<br><br>The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.<br><br>I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.

Moving can be quite stressful, it’s good to know you have incredible people supporting you along the way! Would highly recommend.
11th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

Michelle, Lisa and Helen were fantastic throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable and always on the ball, they helped take away so much of the stress that comes with moving house. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything progressing smoothly. What really stood out was their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. We always felt supported and confident that they were doing everything they could to achieve the best outcome for us. 30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.

Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice.
