We had some issues with a third party but Charlotte was chasing constantly and advising me of her progress. It was a hard slog but we got there in the end and I am so appreciative. Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

She was professional , friendly and knowledgeable . She had extensive knowledge of properties and selling prices in the area , Harry and Caitlin were amazing always there to answer any questions and follow up any queries all through the process. We were so pleased we chose to sell our house with them and would highly recommend .

7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)The property I am renting has a leaking kitchen ceiling and a boiler that drops pressure at least a couple of times a week. I reported the issues for repairs months ago but I am still waiting for a response and a fix. Feels like poor customer service to me.

The property was listed on a Tuesday and after a number of viewings by the following Monday we had offers one of which exceeded the listing price and our expectations. From then on until completion John kept me well informed. Would we use them again YES, would we recommend them YES. Thanks guys.
