Mandy at the Crosshills branch ensured the progression of both my current and previous property's sale. Her excellent communication was superior to that of my solicitor and the agent who was supposedly working for me on my sale. Without Mandy I am convinced that my sanity would have slipped and both sales would have failed.<br><br>All the people that I have met and communicated with from the office including Herbie and Tom were helpful and efficient. I hope that this home is my forever home. However if I was to sell I would use Wilman and Wilman due to the high level of support they offer. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional service with people who actually do care about you and not just the sale.<br><br>Thanks for being caring and wonderful. X

We sold our property within days of the property going live and this was certainly helped by the property description and the 360 degree virtual reality tour. Andrew is highly professional and knowledgeable, plus he is supported by an expert team.
20th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We travelled from Luton to view a property that was booked. On arrival we waited 10 minutes and no agent came. When we called they apologised and said someone should of called us but the house was no longer available. As you can imagine the cost wasted was annoying and the fact we have no evidence of a phone call is dishonest. We will be putting in a formal complaint as this is unacceptable

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
