We felt totally relaxed asking questions and the guidance given as the sale proceeded was very clear. Of particular help was the regular feedback we were given. This was so important to us and we felt we were always part of the team. From the moment Steven outlined the selling process to us, through all the detailed management by Louise, we always felt at ease, confirming that we had chosen the right team to sell our property. 6th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Very happy with the service provided. They did what they said, on time and explained what the next steps would be. No gimmicks or overpromising! They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.

Time wasters only.

I spoke with Andrew and went in to meet him and Eleanor, both I have to say were totally 'on it'. Really professional approach, this has taken so much stress away from the whole situation. We had a glitch halfway through the process, but it was sorted. If you are looking for a fully managed, stress free professional let, go no further! ??????

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
