17th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

21st Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Wow what can I say nothing but praise. I have just had keys to my house and what a smooth process it was. Had my 1st appointment with Bea after viewing the house. I explained my budget, deposit and what was affordable for me without any financial pressures. Bea delivered everything I required in fact my mortgage is a fraction more than the rent I was paying. All the colleagues in the Talbot Green branch are so friendly and attentive. If I could score them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this branch and the services they offer. Thank you team Talbot Green ????

9th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Seem all with you when your buying/renting a property and they seem all glory with it. Several issues with this agency, for example wouldn't sort out damp and condensation when my walls was black no matter how many times I bleached and painted them and had a humidifier on at all times, didn't care about me having chest issues they just brushed it off as much as they could. Be careful before renting off them if I was you and do background checks on the landlord as that's all I had was trouble.
22nd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
25th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Sold a few houses through Hoskins over the years, dealing with Ian, and always found him and the team polite, competent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services for buying or selling property.
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely delightedfull- 2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Finally getting an offer in on the house we wanted after chains fell through, the vendors and sellers estate agents applied a great amount of pressure on us to provide an MoS within a day. Jade at Peter Alan was absolutely amazing with the help that she provided on that day and getting us the MoS before closing hours that same day to secure our next house. The rest of the team especially Sam and Henry were also a great help in the overall selling process and always a friendly point of contact.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have dealt with the Cardiff branch in Whitchurch road for the past 3 years . Rhys , Phil, Dan & Ethan , have gone above & beyond to always help me , when needed . They are a terrific team & work so well together . Nothing is to much trouble to put them selfs out. As before they have found me my second rental property with Belvoir, straight away . Im so pleased at my new address , hopefully I will be able to stay at this property, as it idea for work , shops & above all its ground floor. I have been on the Cardiff county council housing list for 12 years , having no success . These guys deserve a medal . Thanks Belvoir , for making me feel happy & safe in my new Rental property. I don’t know what else to add , just two words . Incredible & outstanding. Thanks guys , so professional ????

Their marketing strategy was sound, their negotiating skills were effective, and they saw the sale through to a timely completion for a price well above the original asking price. They were also kind and supportive throughout, with excellent communication. We highly recommend them!

1st Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

With one week on the market we’d already had two viewers, which was two more than what we had with another estate agents in 3 months! They kept us informed of the process, and looked after us right up to the day of our move. Thank you for making our process less stressful.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Wayne has approached our sale with energy, enthusiasm, 24/7 availability, modern communications through a What'sApp group just for us, insights into how to market it that our previous agent sadly lacked, attention to detail and a friendly manner that was simultaneously highly professional and reassuring. He and his team have all been approachable and highly competent. He got it on the market very quickly with beautifully professional photos, floorplan and details that demonstrated the attention to detail he had promised us.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy.
