She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.
12th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

We originally went to view a different property, but Martin mentioned that another house would soon be coming onto the market. After viewing it, we fell in love with it and ultimately went on to buy it, so we’re really grateful that he brought it to our attention.<br><br>From the very beginning, Martin was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help things progress, regularly communicating with the vendors and both sets of solicitors, particularly when things were moving more slowly than expected.<br><br>Martin and his colleague Mark were instrumental in helping to keep the purchase on track when delays from the solicitors threatened to slow things down. Martin was also a great help when our structural survey raised a few points of concern, liaising with the vendors on our behalf and helping us work through the issues.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin or Ashton White to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish, and a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you, Martin and Mark, for all your help in getting us into our new home!

From our very first viewing, she was incredibly friendly, never pressuring, and never rushed us. She genuinely listened to our needs, offered her expert professional opinion when we needed it, and her warm nature made the entire experience a pleasure.<br>Communication was always regular and clear throughout the process. Especially when we ran into a few issues along the way, Stacey kept us fully updated and always took the time to help. She truly exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond wherever she could. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile.<br>The entire team at Beresfords in Ingatestone is a wonderful blend of warm, friendly, and professional—with a helpful mention to the store manager, Paul, who was also always at hand to help manage everything smoothly. They will not complete the due diligence you need as a landlord, lie to you about having done things they haven’t (like property checks, tenant visits and not telling you the truth about issues with your property). They will also overcharge tenants for their deposits and try to charge rates 2x the amount of other companies for work to be done.<br><br>AVOID AT ALL COST

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
