Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

15th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We went with Bond to sell our flat recently - we chose them based on being the most realistic valuation, being down to earth (not a sales pitch!) and their experience selling similar flats. We had weekly communication with them as they changed their marketing as things progressed. We did all the viewings ourselves which was fine with us anyway. Sold our flat in 6 weeks for asking price so happy with the experience with Bond!

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. 11th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)So far so good. Thought the agent was really honest about the market and what the house could achieve, so the agreed target price seemed realistic. Good quality pictures and marketing too. When an offer was received the agent did a good job negotiating on my behalf moving the buyer from a low initial offer up to my target price. Can’t ask for more than that. I chose them for local knowledge and average sale time which was significantly below some of their competitors. I received my offer within 3 weeks and achieved my target price, so very pleased with how the agent managed my property.

What could have been a difficult experience was made easier by feeling able to ask lots of questions without judgement. Jess in particular helped me through to completion once an offer was made. She was always happy to help and kept me informed.

29th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
