From the first valuation to the final completion, the team were friendly, supportive, and incredibly efficient. They made the whole process feel easy and took the pressure off with their regular updates and helpful guidance. It’s rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved, but this team absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

21st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

It was so refreshing not to have to constantly chase for any news and they genuinely had my best interests at heart. They were always on hand with good advice and most importantly, always honest and upfront with me.<br><br>The whole process was made so much easier thanks to them. He was always friendly, quick to reply, and took the time to explain everything so we knew exactly what was going on. He worked really hard to get us in the best position to buy our first home, and we're so grateful for all his help!

I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
