Charlotte Travers went above and beyond, making sure to support me on many occasions during the day and even during certain evening hours well past her normal working schedule to get all the necessary rental documents sorted. Charlotte showed rare patience and incredible understanding while checking all my paperwork. A top-tier professional who puts clients first! 11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend at all! We brought a house through bagshaws mickolover branch! They would never answer the phone! Then when we eventually got in touch after ringing the derby branch which were brilliant and really helpful they got in touch with them to tell them to call us back! I then received a phone call of a rude man from mickolover branch who basically said unless you leave a voicemail no one will call back! Why have a phone line if no one answers! Only if there is a voicemail? Really unprofessional and wouldn’t buy an house through them again!
21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)It did take a while to get viewings and I was the one making calls rather than answering returns, but the agents were very busy and juggled to get me 2 viewings close together. Demi took us to both properties and made as much time for us as we needed and answered our questions. Any that she couldn't answer she promptly checked and emailed answers back. I may not have bought via Frank innes in the end as the properties werent quite what I was after but the experience with Frank Innes and Demi was great and I thank the team for their help searching for "The one". Reccomend the team at Ashby

Helen made the whole process effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble, questions were answered quickly, and she facilitated numerous viewings for us without ever making us feel like an inconvenience.<br><br>It has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Bagshaws, and Helen is a true unicorn amongst the majority of, frankly, abysmal estate agents we’ve come across!<br><br>Professional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If ever there was a problem with the house I was renting they sent someone out to fix the issue almost straight away. Great communication with the Landlord, no problem was too big or small. Very supportive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone wanting their rental property management safely and effectively.<br><br>Thank you so much especially to Anita for making sure we were always looked after. Great service from all!

- 26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Landlords - Must Read<br><br>We used this estate agent’s tenant introduction service to find tenants for two of our flats in Nightingale Quarter, Derby. They successfully found tenants for both properties, but unfortunately, our experience after that was extremely disappointing.<br><br>For one of the flats, we did not receive a statement for two months despite chasing this several times. We have also never received a statement or any money relating to our Dalton House flat. The same commission and charges were agreed for both properties.<br><br>Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone by phone, and when we do manage to speak to someone, we are repeatedly told that someone will call us back, but the promised call does not happen.<br><br>Overall, this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience has been that communication was much better while the tenancy arrangements were being completed, but once the deal was done, getting responses and resolving outstanding issues became extremely difficult.<br><br>We would strongly recommend that anyone considering using their services carefully considers the level of aftercare and communication they can expect once the tenancy has been arranged.

25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
