Despite many challenges and hurdles they have been informative, patient and super helpful when dealing with the process of looking at properties and buying. We are FTB so was apprehensive about the process but was reassured to be in capable hands. This was a probate sale and they were quick to find a number of viewings, secure a very early offer, negotiate this slightly and have a quick exchange and completion follow. They kept us updated on the viewings and marketed the property in a very positive and favourable way. They know the area very well and were able to push this sale through very quickly. 26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.
