They provided great advice, kept me well informed and delivered an excellent overall service. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend their services.
22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has.<br>He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money?<br>All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them.<br>They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress.<br>They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about.<br>They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!!<br>Steer well clear!!
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)?????<br><br>I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.<br><br>It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.<br><br>I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.<br><br>Thank you all for your excellent service and support.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I called the agency twice to enquire about agency fees as I was interested in putting a property up on the open market, a very rude staff member picked up the called wouldn't share her name or direct me to the sales team. When I spoke to her about what agent fees are and what is included in it which are very standard questions to ask was met with a rude response where they were unable to share these details. Not sure why, because how else are people willing to list properties if they don't know what the agent fees are or what the service includes.

19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We are first time renters and had read lots of horror stories about renting. However, I have to say so far we have been lucky to find a great team in Northwood Luton. Keneisha has been a dream to liaise with in getting the tenancy set up initially. Inevitably there have been some relatively minor issues needing attention, and we have found Kaneisha & Natasha to be super efficient in responding to these. Thanks finally to Tia also, who never once sounded exasperated with our numerous calls!

27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Michael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home.<br><br>They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move.<br><br>Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with.<br><br>It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us.<br><br>Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way.<br><br>Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. Caroline was brilliant at keeping the sale transaction moving along, letting nothing sit still for too long.<br><br>I can’t recommend Phil and his team enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you for looking after me during that time. Ben and Amanda were my main contacts, and whenever I needed something they were responsive and sorted it efficiently, but they also gave me the space to simply enjoy my home without ever feeling intruded upon. It's a good balance, and one I really appreciated. I'm grateful for the consistency and professionalism, and I wish the whole team all the best.

Two houses later, I’m finally getting my keys!<br><br>They were both very diligent with follow-ups and always did their best to keep things moving.<br><br>Shelagh especially was amazing. She was helpful, proactive and so easy to talk to, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable.<br><br>I’m really grateful for all their help and would happily recommend them.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.

Joshua was really well informed about the local area and had the perfect plan of action to find the right buyers, multiple offers and achieved over asking. The portal and updates for viewings worked well for us this was seamless. Jake was also great in giving us help when it came to navigating the offers and next steps. The team kept in touch throughout the progress of the sale and we felt like everything was kept on track. The team were all friendly and enthusiastic throughout which was much appreciated. Thank you!
