3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

We bought our house through him a year ago, and when it came to selling the home we were renting, there was never any question about who we'd use. Elliott has been brilliant from start to finish. He's easy to talk to, keeps you updated, and always does what he says he's going to do. Selling a house can be stressful, but he made the whole process so much easier and was always on hand if we had any questions. It never felt like we were just another sale. Elliott genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, and we're so grateful for all his hard work. If you're looking for someone who's professional, honest and genuinely nice to deal with, we'd definitely recommend Elliott. Thanks again for everything.

We got great advice about our potential buyers and situations so we could accept the best overall offer for us. Alex kept us informed throughout the whole process and we wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again and recommend others to use them.
17th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.
