Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. 24th May 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.
3rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I had my first interactions with Ellen Roberts who is new to the company, last week. Her responsiveness was excellent and a breath of fresh air. She promised to come back to me and she did without any follow up. She fully understood what we were trying to achieve . Look forward to working with Ellen going forwards and if this level of client service continues Ellen will definitely be a welcome addition to the team.

We have successfully completed today and all thanks to Regan Taylor at Michael Graham. He has been an absolute star and a real pleasure to deal with. Always kept us up to date and worked so hard to ensure our sale went through smoothly. If you use Michael Graham try and ensure Regan is your agent!
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

Laura in particular went over & above to help at every turn, & is a great ambassador for this co. Not often you can say this with agents, but hard recommend!
3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)We recently purchased a new build property through a part exchange process and Urban and Rural were appointed as estate agents by the housing developer. We were very impressed with them from the outset with their professional approach with marketing, and their communication with us using WhatsApp was excellent. They were proactive in promoting our house, and they were polite and courteous with each visit therefore we would highly recommend Urban and Rural.

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.

10th May 2022 (3 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Layco
