Extremely helpful in getting the purchase through at a price that was good for us, we were kept informed of progress, but more importantly they were very quick in coming back with responses to our questions. Thanks inparticular to Michael and Natalie for their friendliness and super-efficient assistance in getting this purchase through.

She always got me in for viewings and made sure I got my keys on time after completion, which was much appreciated. Thanks Alex!
30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Me and my partner can’t thank this company enough! We have rented out a property for the very first time and it’s been a delightful experience. Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service?????? The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! We can’t wait to see what our future holds, thank you so so much ????????????
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

Lots of thought and detail is out into their property listings. We paid upfront and were so glad we did. They sold our property after only 4 days of being on the market.

6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)We used Elizabeth Gaughan Homes to try and sell a house we had previously let.<br>This is a very bad time to sell as the market is stagnant. Interest rates are likely to rise and could increase by 1.5% according to some analysts.<br>Weeks turned to months and we were not getting anyone to view. We then decided to switch to another estate agent in Beeston. We used a large firm which has been on the High Road for decades. Suddenly we were getting viewers and offers. I'm pleased to say that last week we accepted an offer for the full asking price.<br>We wish Elizabeth Gaughan Homes well, but in these times, it is prudent to use a larger well known firm.
