9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I called the agency twice to enquire about agency fees as I was interested in putting a property up on the open market, a very rude staff member picked up the called wouldn't share her name or direct me to the sales team. When I spoke to her about what agent fees are and what is included in it which are very standard questions to ask was met with a rude response where they were unable to share these details. Not sure why, because how else are people willing to list properties if they don't know what the agent fees are or what the service includes.

26th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)If the care that they take with their business is anything like the care they take when driving in their cars, absolutely wouldn't recommend. This evening I had a Jenkins Estate Agents car try to perform a dangerous undertake as two lanes merged and squeeze in in front of me, behind the car I had already given way to. The driver then aggressively used their horn and proceeded to tailgate me. At the next junction the driver used the right hand lane (indicated for right turns only) to illegally go straight ahead in an attempt to cut in front of me. I wouldn't use a company whose representatives are aggressive, inconsiderate and dangerous. I can only imagine this is indicative of the service you can expect from this company.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Fantastic communication from Neill at Kettering.<br>It had been a long time since we purchased any property, so were unsure of the procedure. He pretty much sorted out everything and has even been in touch after completion.
11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.
19th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)From first contact with the company everyone was pleasant, helpful and responded quickly and proactively to requests. Hayley was very reassuring when I first met her and explained how she arrived at her valuation amount, well supported with local comparable property data, while emphasising that the final decision was mine. I felt confident in accepting her advice. Photography and sales details were prepared very quickly and efficiently. As I don't live locally good communication has been particularlyimportant. It has been refreshing to deal with a team who clearly communicate well among themselves as whenever I've contacted them whoever i spoke with was well informed about my case. Once an offer was received Mark was helpful, professional and very quick to act on my instructions. I've had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Denny Knight.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We were kept informed throughout our time with them and felt confident that they did all they could for us. Unfortunately, I believe we hit the market at just the wrong time. We will definitely go back to them if we decide to sell again.

I would highly recommend Home Sale to my peers. I preferred Home Sale to the high street estate agents as they are independent and personal to the seller and helpful when the sale went through.
