It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

15th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)The process form receiving a Section 31 Notice through the post to getting an acceptable outcome is never going to be easy when the landlord and tenant involved are from the outset diametrically opposed. Cath did a great job of giving us all the options open to us and being sympathetic whilst being realistic about outcomes. I cannot thank Cath enough for guiding us along the journey and always keeping momentum up during negotiations to get closure.
27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough.
