20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing they have literally put us through hoops and loops just verifying our identity. Even using there own app which proved insufficient in their eyes confirm8ng our ID .We instructed them in April 26 and they dragged their feet. If that was not enough. They then began to do the job of a legal adviser, raising issues of name change which was completely out of their remit. They cost us months its now June 26 . Very bad experience. Their procedures and practices on ethnicity needs to be monitored.
19th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
30th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.

They are there and quickly sort out problems that arise. They are friendly and approachable. I would always recommend them. What a team 1st class.

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

What should have been a straightforward transaction became a complicated chain with numerous delays. However, Waqas always stayed on top of everything from start to finish.<br><br>He was always available, always chasing updates and always looking for solutions. There was times I know I was definitely his most demanding customers but he always remained patient and professional with us.<br><br>Highly recommended and genuinely the hardest working estate agent I’ve used.

10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
