He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed!<br>We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients.<br>Thanks for everything!

Kian, Fiona and the team have been super helpful during the entire process (which was not an easy and quick one because the house was under probate). Kian kept us informed all throughout the process with great communication and being a go-between us and the seller to try and move things along as swiftly and quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend.
20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you want to actually sell your house, look no further.<br><br>Surrounded by agents selling aspirational target sale prices they offer pragmatic pricing advice to actually attract interest and then invest real effort in driving your sale through to completion. Don't be the vendor who tries two aspirational Crowborough agents before moving to a T.Wells agent. If you aren't getting interest, the price is wrong. It's really that simple.<br><br>Once you have a buyer, you then want an agent that's going to get on with the real work and also maintain a relationship with your buyer to prevent the sale falling through.<br><br>They are genuinely motivated to drive your sale through not just floating about reacting being nagged.<br><br>Rather than being tempted by the highest possible target sale price being offered to you - go and have a chat with the team and make your mind up based upon who you want working with you once you've actually accepted an offer.

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. (We were originally on with 3 multi agents.) Once an offer had been excepted Michael has gone way over and above what we expected to ensure the chain completed. There were numerous “bumps in the road” as always expected during a sale and purchase but Michael was consistently chasing, updating and emailing a number of other agents and solicitors, to keep us up to date on progress.<br>I would highly recommend Michael and the team, you will NOT be disappointed and all at a very reasonable cost.
