They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

18th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)This estate agent gets you moving!!! We changed to Wood and Pilcher after being on the market with another estate agent for over five months through the Spring and Summer with no success. We approached Wood and Pilcher who agreed to take over the sale, (and were utterly professional with their guidance about how to end our contract with the other agent). Although our property was then launched with them late in the Autumn as the dark days were drawing in, we immediately had fresh viewings and a firm offer for the house within a week. This led to exchange of contracts before Christmas, and completion as soon as the solicitors were back at work in January. Their proactive approach and clear, prompt communication made all the difference. They respond to emails instantly; they followed up a query from our buyers late on a Saturday afternoon, until it was resolved and sorted before leaving their desk for the weekend. They unpicked a mistake made by solicitors and diplomatically saved the day, again with honest, clear communication between us and the buyers, which would have dragged into a complicated mess if left to the solicitors! We cannot thank them enough for the successful house sale, which all went through within weeks at a 'slow' time of year for the property market generally.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.- 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Mansell McTaggart Storrington have been superb in the process of selling our home. We are so grateful to the team, and especially Jo Eldridge, for their attention to detail and commitment. Selling and buying a home is a huge milestone and can be quite eventful. However, our experience has ended successfully - moving into our dream home because of the team's dedication and relentless pursuit to advocate for their client the whole time. There has never been a time where our needs, queries or support weren't answered immediateness & the whole process made us feel high-priority. I would highly recommend this branch for outstanding customer service and treating house buying and selling with a human approach. Thank you.

He was always on top of things and quick to follow up when needed. Communication was really good throughout the process – Ben kept us updated regularly and was always easy to get hold of if we had questions. We really appreciated his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

6th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)From the very first contact with Rohan for the valuation of our home to the eventual sale & completion we found every member of the Savills team to be exceptional. The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible. Moreover, the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications, confuse the process and be highly dismissive when we tried to express how we wanted to proceed. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress. My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process, as ours seemed to only be interested in cashing in their commission.

Their agents are friendly, professional and enthusiastic, and know the property business inside out. Phil Hutchins was really committed to selling our cottage and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The supporting staff in the office were also extremely helpful.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I had an excellent experience selling my property with Neville & Neville Estate Agents, and in particular working with Francis, who was outstanding from start to finish. Francis originally found my buyer and handled the negotiations brilliantly, securing a result I was very happy with. What really impressed me though was his dedication throughout the entire process. He managed the sales progression and chasing exceptionally well, keeping everything moving and ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. He always provided viewing feedback the same day and was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me within the day whenever I had questions. Francis also made a point of giving me weekly updates, even when there was nothing new to report, just to make sure I was always kept fully informed. Selling a property can be stressful, but he kept me calm throughout and took the time to explain each stage of the process so I fully understood what was happening. One thing I particularly appreciated was that he continued arranging viewings right up until exchange of contracts. This meant I had backup buyers in place in case anything went wrong or the existing buyer tried to renegotiate — which ultimately protected me and gave me great peace of mind. What really sets Neville & Neville Estate Agents apart from other estate agents is their level of communication, care and attention to detail throughout the process. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Neville & Neville Estate Agents, especially Francis, for his professionalism, communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for their clients.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I've been well supported by Michael and Carlos throughout the sale of my brother's retirement apartment. Despite the disappointment of an early buyer pulling out, and then my brother passing away, so we had to start again ; they were always positive and diligent to keep things moving. The communication was always good but not in a over pushy way, as can be the case with some agents. Retirement apartments are rarely a straightforward sale but we got the job done very smoothly in the end. Highly recommended from my perspective.

I found them the right combination of honest and ambitious in setting a price for my home and we managed to sell within three working days of going on the market with a price I was most happy with and that was more than I thought we could achieve. Communication with them was great and their advice on what I could do to help sell my home quickly was sound and most helpful. I’m very glad I chose them.- 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I requested a property valuation from Oakfield Estate agents via their website on a Sunday evening and was contacted by Georgia first thing the following morning to take some details and arrange a visit. Karen Fogarty visited our home a few days later, she had clearly done a lot of research ahead of the visit and gave a comprehensive explanation of her valuation. She had several other example properties that Oakfield had recently sold in the local area (detailed on a large tablet) and left us in no doubt at all that her valuation was fair and accurate. We have since decided that it isn’t quite the right time to move, but when the time does come – we will definitely be reapproaching Oakfield. I would thoroughly recommend their services! :)
