She was proactive, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout, particularly when delays meant my mortgage offer needed renewing. Wendy took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel far more manageable. I would absolutely recommend Wendy’s mortgage services and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future.

Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

During our viewings and throughout the process so far, Dan has taken the time to answer our questions, provide helpful background information, and communicate with the seller whenever needed. His response time is excellent, always getting back to us quickly by email or phone. Dan is approachable, easy to talk to, and consistently professional. Although we are still in the process of purchasing the property, we’re very grateful for his support and guidance so far.

22nd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)The selling strategy agreed with agent and myself worked. Price to sell and present your house at its best. Immediate response to Rightmove when my property went live. Buyers viewed the next day and are STC. An amazing result fingers crossed we proceed to completion. It’s not the best time to sell with such uncertainty but it just shows you to just go for it.

Tim doesn’t just wait for people to get in contact with him, before our house was on the market he had contacted people looking for a house like ours to offer them a viewing.
