15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)This is now my 8th year with Maalems estate agents and I have not had a single day without tenants in my flat.<br>It’s such a stress free arrangement for me as I have Maalems manage my flat also, so they resolve all issues when they arise allowing me to concentrate fully on my work without ever having issues to deal with from the tenants.<br><br>Maalems have always selected excellent tenants who take great care of my property and my current tenants are heading into their 4th year with me.<br><br>Leah and her team always manage to get top of the market rent for me whilst their fees percentage is very low….especially for the amazing job they do for me.<br><br>But for me the far more important thing than the rental income they continue to achieve for me is the great relationship I have with them. Always 100% professional but always so personable also. They really do look out for me and have my best interests at the forefront, never once have I felt like just another landlord to them. From the first day I handed Leah the keys I’ve also has an excellent relationship with the whole team, no matter who it is I deal with.<br><br>And I have to mention Magda who is in charge of the day to day on my flat and with whom I have the most contact. She is the greatest trouble shooter and whenever an issue arises with work needing to be done on my flat she always gets it resolved instantly, and prevents any stresses passing down to me.<br>And I must add the tradespeople they use to maintain my property are truly excellent. The work gets done instantly, always to an exceptional standard and the bill is always a lot lower than expected.<br><br>So I couldn’t be happier with Maalems estate agents and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for many more years

26th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Sittingbourne branch. As it turned out we didn’t go ahead with the purchase. This was however a personal decision. Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. 26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 20th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We cannot thank David Shaw and the Wards team enough. David found us our forever home and made all our dreams come true. We never thought we'd be able to get the house we have so didn't even look...but thanks to David's suggestions and hard work...we have. The whole team were friendly, professional and brilliant. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or emails throughout the process. We successfully secured a rental property, and from an impromptu viewing to collecting the keys, the entire process took just two weeks. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine friendliness were refreshing in the current market and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. 30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a first time buyer, I cannot fault Miles & Barr one bit. From point of viewing, all the way through to exchange I have felt supported, listened to, understood and well taken care of! For context, I have had a very difficult sale, that’s been going on for over 14 weeks that has caused blood/sweat/tears and sleepless nights! I was assigned Debbie Thwaites to my case and I have to say without her - I wouldn’t have got through it! Not only did she provide professional guidance & advice, she was emotionally supportive which was above all, the most important part to me. She listened when I needed to rant, she bigged me up when I needed a boost, she laughed when I needed cheering up, and was a shoulder to cry on! Debbie needs true recognition for her dedication to the role. Alongside this, I also had James Cussen step into the case and I couldn’t fault him either, he was extremely helpful, offering some really helpful guidance where suitable, very communicative, supportive, understanding and overall great. Honestly, without these 2 people I would’ve given up months ago. In addition to this, whenever I rung the Ashford office, I always had friendly voices answer the phone, which really helped & made a difference!! Miles & Barr really do care. I stand by that and will definitely be coming back if I need to sell in the future!

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
