9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Fantastic estate agents and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>Marcus was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always on hand whenever we needed advice, an update, or help chasing things along. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Marcus was brilliant at keeping in touch, communicating with everyone involved and doing everything he could to keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring knowing we could contact him whenever we had a question or concern.<br><br>We’ve had a fantastic experience with Sibley Pares and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A huge thank you to Marcus and the whole team for helping us get our new home over the line!

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)The team here are brilliant, had the quickest & most pain free purchase ever. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

The team at Gould Harrison really listen, and had a very clear idea of what my parents were looking for. They notified us immediately a suitable property became available. I think that they were as excited as us that they had found my parents the perfect home. Lee, Harry, Jay, Jo and others in the team were so kind and nothing was too much trouble for them. He gave us confidence that the property would sell. Matt followed up after our meeting to see how things were going. After choosing Hunters’s to market the property communication has been great and all emails have been responded too. Happy we chose hunters.
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Skippers have let a property next door to my house since February 2026. They have and are continuing to give the tenants wrong information about where exactly they should or should not park. Subsequently the tenants are repeatedly parking in front of my gate directly obstructing the access I need to get into my house and even though I have raised the issue with them and said how badly it is affecting my daily life they have constantly contested this. I even sent them a copy of the deeds which clearly states that nobody can park there, they are still persistent in their actions with the tenant continuing to obstruct my gate. This has caused myself and my partner a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)When we first met Joe at the property we were looking to purchase, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.<br><br>What Joe went on to do to help us throughout the whole process was truly out of this world.<br><br>We had an absolute nightmare with the purchase, particularly with the solicitors, and I can honestly say that without Joe’s help, support and persistence in chasing the vendor’s solicitor, the sale probably would not have happened.<br><br>Joe was always on hand to help and assist whenever we needed him. He was constantly there to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated. Even on his days off, Joe would still help by making calls and chasing things on our behalf.<br><br>That level of dedication and commitment is something you very rarely come across.<br><br>Joe is an absolutely remarkable gentleman — always friendly, helpful, professional and approachable. He is, without a doubt, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.<br><br>He was always contactable when we needed him, and throughout what was an extremely stressful and frustrating purchase, Joe went above and beyond to help us get to completion.<br><br>If the time ever comes that we need to use an estate agent again, we would have absolutely no hesitation in choosing Joe at Greenleaf Properties.
